1. Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Pricing Information
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
1.2. All prices are in euros.
1.3. A delivery fee will be added to the price unless the buyer selects free delivery.
1.4. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during the checkout process.
1.5. The product description and information are provided directly alongside the product.
2. Placing an Order
2.1. The buyer adds the products to the shopping cart and confirms the order.
2.2. The buyer provides the required information and selects the delivery method.
2.3. Payments are processed via the Montonio payment solution (Estonian bank links, card payments, and other payment methods).
2.4. Payment is made outside the Online Store in a secure environment. The Seller does not have access to the buyer’s bank or card details.
2.5. The sales agreement enters into force once the payable amount has been received in the bank account of Hõbeehe OÜ.
2.6. If the product cannot be delivered, the buyer will be informed without delay and the paid amount, including delivery costs, will be refunded no later than within 14 days.
3. Delivery
3.1. Goods are delivered within Estonia and, where applicable, to countries within the European Union (and elsewhere by agreement).
3.2. Delivery is carried out via Omniva parcel lockers or courier service.
3.3. Within Estonia, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days; international deliveries may take up to 30 days.
3.4. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 days.
4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods.
4.2. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
4.3. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, unless the product is incorrect or defective.
4.4. The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after the returned goods or the notice of withdrawal has been received.
4.5. To withdraw from the agreement, an email must be sent to the following address: info@alvarumbjewelry.com.
4.6. If desired, the standard withdrawal form provided by the Consumer Protection Authority may be used: withdrawal form link.
5. Complaints
5.1. The Online Store is liable for any non conformity of the goods with the terms of the agreement for a period of up to 2 years.
5.2. Upon discovering a defect, an email must be sent to the following address: info@alvarumbjewelry.com within 2 months.
5.3. The goods will be repaired or replaced where possible; otherwise, the buyer will be refunded the amount paid, including any related costs.
5.4. The Seller is not liable for defects resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear.
6. Processing of Personal Data
6.1. Personal data is used solely for processing and delivering orders.
6.2. Necessary data is shared with the Montonio payment solution and delivery partners.
